WIN Auction Reminders: PLEASE READ!!!

Message from WIN Secretary Mary Anne Flanders
Good Afternoon WIN Members!
Here are some last minute reminders for the WIN Holiday Auction taking place on Thursday, December 10th at Mario’s Restaurant in Lake George:
***Please make your reservations for the Holiday Auction Dinner no later than noon this Friday, December 4th by calling Nancy Nichols at Mario’s, 668-2665 or Deb Foley at 222-9325. You may also make dinner reservations online using our website at: lgwin.org However, you cannot pay for your dinner online using PayPal. Payment can be made the night of the auction at the restaurant.
***ALL DONATIONS (Silent Auction, Live Auction, Stocking Stuffers, Wine/Liquor Raffle) must be delivered to Mario’s no later than Monday, December 7th.
***All money raffle ticket stubs, money, and unsold tickets may be dropped off to Deb Foley at the Town Clerk’s Office through Tuesday, December 8th. After the 8th, stubs, money, and unsold tickets should be delivered to Mario’s Restaurant.
***Franceen Shaughnessy will be at Mario’s after 1:00 PM this Friday, December 4th, to accept donations and answer any questions.
Thank you everyone for helping with these last minute details so that the Holiday Auction runs smoothly, is an enjoyable evening for all, and a huge success in our effort to help those in need at this special time of year!
